We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Specialist to support the rollout and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and provide top-tier technical support. You'll be the go-to person for 1st and 2nd level support, while also helping to shape the future of our IT infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
- Be at the front line of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud setup, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Deliver reliable 1st and 2nd level IT support, solving problems that matter—fast.
- Take part in the full lifecycle of IT operations, from hardware rollouts to infrastructure evolution.
- Create clear, practical documentation and training materials to support users and systems alike.
Požadujeme
- Background in IT or related technical field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level).
- Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud – especially in reports, data migration, forms, workflows, and interfaces.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written).
